Never really been a fan for that specific dealership until I heard it had switched ownership. We gave it a try and we're blown away with the level of attention they gave us from beginning to end.

July 18 I stopped in to schedule my recall repairs and to schedule additional work on my Dodge Jouney..Remi told me it would be two weeks before he could get me in..Today is Aug. 9 and have not had my car in. On July 29 I emailed Remi to ask about my appointment..He said he has not received the parts for the recall..He asked me if there was anything else that was a concern with the car, I gave him a detailed list of my needs..It is Aug.9 today and I have not heard from anyone..Not good......

Truck is real nice but after hearing my tires on the truck have had lots of trouble doesnt make me happy. I have been in contact with saleman after 6 days after purchase to let him know about concerns with no action at all. Goodyear WRANGLER SRA on sons truck had 3 flats in one yr and one blow his fender well out while driving. Other than that all is lovely Tks Ed Cuddy 705 677-6228 Edjcuddy@gmail. com

Everyone was courteous and friendly. I didn't feel like I had to buy a vehicle. I don't know what the servicing will be as I don't go until Oct.

Service was great , setting up financing was fast and exactly how I wanted my payments to be if not better. However when purchasing the Chrysler 200 I was not made aware of some of the things that did not come with the car such as Bluetooth and LED lighting until the day I picked it up. I do however love the way the vehicle performs. Disappointed that a brand new 2016 doesn't have all the features I had hoped for.

No follow up from salesman since taking delivery of vehicle, Accessories not installed as requested. Missing part of key assembly, called dealer about missing key, no response.
