Came here yesterday with a check engine light on, said they fixed it??? They said the problem was someone, not sure who, was driving the jeep with one foot on the gas and one foot on the break at the same time. Not sure who drives that way but we don't . Half way home the light came on again, for sure no one was driving two footed. Called this morning, was told to bring it back in. Dropped it off and since we brought both vehicles did some shopping, came back TWO hours later and the Jeep has not been touched. Did a little complaining, they brought it in. Now the light is for no oil in the car??? If that was the reason, why didn't it show up yesterday. I also have an oil change light that comes on, but it didn't. Now it's the oil cooler? So I give up, what is really wrong here???

I have purchased a used dodge ram from this dealer. Some of the works that needed to be done before the delivery, not done.(full service and also shocks were supposed to be replaced) First morning I turned the truck on, drive belt started screaming until it warms up. When I hit a pot hole or a bump the truck goes all over the place (shocks are shot). I am not sure how this truck passed safety !! I made lots of phone calls, promised to call me back but never happened. I even went to dealer and promised me to get a call from service manager, but never happened. called again, no response. I am regretting big time that I purchased my truck from them and not recommend to any one. I found them not standing behind their word and after they sell you something , you worth nothing to these people.
