Inquiring on purchasing a new vehicle

My service experience wasn't good when you have to wait almost all day for my vehicle for oil change when your appointment is at 11 and it's still not ready at 3

Checked on an issue that happened over the weekend and it was determined not to be an issue with the vehicle and could not be reproduced after the vehicle was picked up. Everything was checked to ensure there were no issues without cost.

Just wanted to write a quick review for Laurentian Chrysler! We purchased my Jeep there in July, and it was an awesome experience. The gentleman that helped us out was Stan, and he was super helpful! Would definitely shop for preowned there again and recommend to friends. Keep up the good work guys!

The service was good

The service person was polite. He asked me if I was leaving the vehicle ad I told him I had mentioned to the person that set up the appointment that I was working that day and needed the vehicle. He did make arrangement to have it done within an hour and a half.

Oil Change

Booked an oil change for the first appointment. My truck was taken right away but was told it would take an hour. When i asked why, as it was just an oil change, I was told that there was a 19 point check also being performed. Made sense until I got the invoice and there was no listing of what was done on the 19 point check. You could learn a lot from the quick lube guys. On a separate issue there was grease spots left on my interior upholstery when my bumper was replaced but I only spotted it later on so to hard to prove to you. Thanks for your interest...Rene

I have bought alot of new vehicles and no sales person was as great as Stefanie. She was down to earth, fun and professional all in one great smilling package :) She made buying a vehicle a fun experience and I would recommend her at 100%.
