Very friendly and welcoming staff. I am very happy with my purchase. Edit: The purchase of my vehicle was a smooth and positive experience with both sales and financing. I was looking forward to my first included oil change. It was prebooked for me on the day I picked up the car. I ended up needing the service prior to the booked date and went in person to change the date of the appointment. The service desk staff seemed annoyed that I had a need to change the appointment to an earlier date and even though I was already a few weeks overdue for the service I still had to wait an additional two weeks for the oil change. On the day of the appointment I had booked for 9 am and fully expected to wait until around noon to pick up my vehicle. When I left the car there I was told it would be a couple of hours so I chose to shop in the area while waiting. I waited for my phone call to say it was ready. At 230 I hadn't heard anything at all so I went to the dealership to check as I had a 345 appointment I needed my car for. I was treated very rudely by the service desk staff and was told that they had been busy and there were a number of "waiters" that had priority over me. I'm not sure what business puts "waiters" as a priority over those with an appointment. If I just show up I expect to wait. If I had sat down inside and said I need to be gone in an hour would I have received better service? Dropped off at 9. The work hadn't even been started by 2:30 for a simple oil change. I had to arrange rides, had no updates, had been told it would be ready in a couple of hours. Finally got a call around 3:30. I went to pick up my car and was rudely told to go to the desk and she would help me there. They have no customer service manners at all. No apology for how long it took. No would you like to book another service. I will not recommend anyone to the Service Department.

Recently purchased my 2017 Ford F150 Lariat truck at Wheaton Kia. Everything about this transaction was enjoyable. The staff I dealt with, salesman Gregg McSherry & finance Kris Willard are very professional and exceptional at their jobs and met all my needs as a customer. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership to my friends or family.

Super service from Kia as always.Message on dash indicating running light problem, phoned Kia,told to bring in right away they'd have a look.Sat in the lounge maybe 5minutes.Bulb replaced,only charge for the bulb.

Had a service engine light come on in my KIA Niro so booked an 8:00 am appointment. I drove in as soon as I got there, they offered hot beverages and a ride home (I waited so didn't take the offered ride). I only waited about 30 minutes and it was ready to go, with a part on order and no charge. It was a cold day and they kept it in the service drive through, so the car was still nice and warm - I really appreciated not having to go outside to get in the car. A great experience!
