The most misogynistic crooked dealer in Regina. They will try to upsell single mothers on useless items and overcharge on things like oil changes. I will be extremely happy when we are finally done with this dealer. Their behavior has not only turned me off of Kia but also Wheaton dealerships in general

I purchased a used 2016 f150 from here back in December of 2022. First of all I had been looking for the 3.5 l ecoboost engine and this had said on the website that it had it, and I asked the salesperson just to make sure. When I was told yes, that informed my decision to buy it and I went for it because I liked it on the test drive as well. I ended up finding out later that it actually had the 2.7 l engine which is not nearly as capable, and when I asked them about it they told me it had the same capabilities (it definitely does not they told me it could tow 10,000 lb but the max towing was only 7,800). When I asked them about it they did, to their credit, pay me the difference between the two engines, which I appreciate. Later on that month of December I started having issues with it after I took it on a road trip to just past moose jaw. It started smelling horribly of gear oil, so bad so that they actually thought they had a gas leak at the house that I went to, until we found out it was my truck. So I took it to the dealership and they couldn't replicate it until March. So they ended up fixing the front hubs because they were having problems and also draining and filling the front differential because that's what was smelling so bad (I'll come back to this). They had also told me that the front differential had a bit of excessive metal in the oil but that was later told to me to be false. Fast forward a little bit and I start having issues again, this time it's the hubs so I take them in and they fix the hubs again and they also fixed a bearing inside the transfer case. They also had sent the truck to capital Ford for them to do the hubs this time. That was the end of the issues for a little bit until I started having more problems with it and I took it in and they found out that it was the differential in the front that was having problems. So they shipped it to Bennett this time and they found out the entire front differential need to be replaced. And it was going to be over $10,000. So that means that I had to cover over half of the repair cost because the warranty only covered 5,000 per instance. This was also the last month of my warranty. So I got that fixed and prayed that I wouldn't have any other issues, and fast forward to February of this year I had another one. This time I was driving down the bypass and I went to accelerate and suddenly my engine just started shuttering really bad and started losing power and I started losing speed. Thankfully I was able to limp it home and I got it towed to Bennett Dunlop again and they diagnosed as a timing chain failure. That was going to be $6,000 out of my pocket again. At this point I started looking for other vehicles that I could trade this in with even with the repair reducing my trade-in value. I ended up finding another vehicle at a different dealership and told the dealership about the issue that I was having and they accepted the trade. Two weeks later after I had made the trade they found out that it didn't just need a timing chain, it needed an entire new engine and that was $15,000 minimum. Thankfully, I had already traded it in and that responsibility was not mine. This was easily the worst purchase of my life. I do want to give another star but it was such a terrible experience that I don't think I can. However the service staff was really friendly and I appreciated their help. Thankfully I haven't had any problems yet in my new vehicle and I've had it for longer than I did with the other truck before it started having problems. Hopefully this other one lasts for another 10 years at least. TLDR: don't buy anything from here other than a Kia. It's what they know best and you shouldn't have any problems with buying the same brand as what a dealer is, hopefully anyway.
