I've been hesitant about purchasing a car for a while as I find the process daunting and overwhelming. After recently improving my credit score I decided to take the plunge and get some support. From day 1 I was able to connect with Matt De Busschere at Pioneer Motor Group and he provided top-notch service with great communication with none of that "pushy salesman" vibe. He was able to get me into my dream car at a great interest rate and at a fair deal. Super easy personality and walked me through every step of the process. I Will ABSOLUTELY recommend anyone needing a car to seek the team (Darcy and Cathy) and especially Matt out there at Pioneer Motor Group.

Had a great experience did the whole thing over the phone with Brandon and had my car less than a day later in Victoria, and at a better interest rate than my old car! Definitely appreciate that kind of service !

Found out later I paid way too much for the car. Went to sell it back to them 1.5 years later. Car was in mint condition with super low miles, called 4 times, spoke to a different guy each time who all said they would call back but never did! When I finally got a hold of the guy I bought it from he just said not interested in buying it back. You decide if this is the kind of place you want to do business with.

After a horrible experience with another salesperson, I found Terrie and within 24hrs we had hammered out the details on a brand new car at a much better rate than the previous salesperson (at different dealership). Not only was she friendly, efficient and do what she said she was going to do, but she genuinely cares about what she’s doing and who she’s doing it for. Having less than ideal credit steals a bit of your dignity and she gives it back to you! Very very happy with her service and my new car! I’d highly recommend her! Thank you Terrie! (Spelling?)
