Ecellent service and very patient

My experience with Fusion was great! Id been to countless dealers..lots of test drives over the few weeks of car shopping. I called Jeremy n he said c'mon in! I took out 6 cars that afternoon and found my MKX perfect for me. In no time they did the paperwork and i picked up my car..was very happy to return a rental. I was very impressed with the customer service and would highly reccomend them. Thanks Fusion Auto..your the Best!

Omg..i made appt with Jeremy..told him my budget and requests..he had 5 cars ready for me to test drive..i ripped in after work , let the testing begin..he was terrific and finally the Lincoln MKX fit me beautifully! Their customer service and knowledge was above all others as..as i have been kicking tires for a few weeks.. Im just elated by how easy n comfortable they made this experience very easy. I pick my car up soon Great Job Fusion Auto❤

Feel like we were lied to

We were told that they were paying our last loan offa s all they did was take 1000$ off the vehicle price and make us pay the loan on our contract and they didn’t even pay it. If this doesn’t get straighten out we want to return the van

After our phone conversation it appears everything was done the way that we had agreed upon. The letter that you received from the financial institution was sent out as your original loan was being paid out. I apologize for the misunderstanding and the poor communication from the bank. Again, the service I received at Fusion was fantastic .I told them what I was looking for and a week later I was driving it. Purchasing a beautiful used car, and I can honestly say, that Fusion offered the best vehicle purchase experience I’ve had, simply making everything easy, and providing any and all assistance needed, helpful financing, and professional service. I really appreciate all that was done and provided to me by Fusion, and it’s helpful employees, of whom I had the pleasure to meet, and deal with. I can honestly say I’d recommend anybody I know looking for a vehicle to go and take a look at what Fusion has to offer.
