Walked out of here feeling scammed' In the last couple of months I've almost spent about two thousand on work on my car here and then through the staff's carelessness or negligence a part they needed to work on my windows was "misplaced" so I had to come back the next day, my time has been disrespected and feels added on another session so they could charge me for more labour Thanks tho, won't be coming back ever!

Mr. Grenier, I reviewed the work completed and I am unsure why you would feel this way. We ordered 2 window regulators and 1 of the 2 was the wrong part. We reordered the part and got the part the next day and got you back in quickly. The job called for 1.4 hours of labor to be billed for the entire job. We then billed 1 hour on the first day of service and the .4 hours on the second day. If we had done the entire job in one day, we would have billed 1.4 in total hours. The service advisor actually gave you a discount, as he only charged you $99 per hour for labor, and our labor rate is $119 per hour. If you wish to discuss further, please give the service manager a call at 902-830-7223.

My second set of wheels from Race Auto. The whole company from office to mechanics/service is impeccable at pleasing customers. Daniel is the man and makes whatever works for you. If your stuck into the habit of another dealer, I would go outside that box and try Race Auto. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed, even the inventory is great! Recommend 100%
