Stay away from this dealership. They force you to buy additional warranty and insurance when purchasing a vehicle. No business ethics at all. Thanks for the reply. Interesting you don't deny utilizing the tactic of forcing buyers to purchase additional warranties, etc. only that you are disappointed you weren't able to convince me to follow through with the purchase at an inflated price with forced add ons. Buyers beware of the business tactics at this dealership.

Worst ever experience, went to check my car with Hyundai! If i could only change time and never come to Hyundai! They mailed me for a recall, breaking lines and system update. They made the car ever worst. Now its difficult to drive as it always has slippery mode on. When I came in to complain they said to me that can't do anything because they denying their fault. And that their mechanic and manager said that this problem was there already! My car was perfect before you touched it, and i never had any issues with it! Just because I am a women you cannot fool me like this, and cause problem in my car so I got to pay you! I've seen other mechanics in order to fix it but they all say that it's something hyundai did while system update recall so only they can fix it. I need to fix my car! And i believe that it should be no charge for it because you made this problem, you have to fix it. This is not acceptable, and I will no longer deal with Hyundai again, and my suggetion to everybody who read it to do the same. Hyundai staff will cause problems to your car, just so they can make more money on you! And manager still never called me back after 4 month of me trying to reach him.

Hello, Vera. Happy New Year to you. We appreciate you leaving us your comments. Please know that we do take our customer feedback and experience seriously. That being so, we are disappointed to hear you feel this way and that you are experiencing challenges with your car. We did some investigating and spoke with our Service Manager. According to our records, the break line recall only involved the application of a corrosion prevention paint, and the systems update that was performed was for your Knock Sensor (basically a listening device that is placed on engines). Neither of which would affect the traction control system (slippery mode) that you are experiencing. Also, please know that all recalls that have been performed here were performed at no cost to you. If you would like to discuss your concerns further with our Service Manager, Jeff Eusebio, he can be reached at 204-269-5555. He would be more than happy to have a conversation with you in hopes of rectifying the situation.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE FOR SERVICE/REPAIR HERE. ITS A GIANT CASH GRAB - AVOID THE SERVICE MANAGER JEFF AT ALL COSTS. NO ONE TAKES RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKES This is my second Hyundai I have purchased (my first being from a different dealership in the city). I have brought my vehicle for servicing a few times and the experience was fine, I did appreciate getting texts from my service rep which made my life convenient as I can't always step away from my work to take a phone call. But I found it was always a hassle to try and arrange a shuttle to get me to/from my service appointment. I found it odd that the dealership wouldn't take car of this for me even though it was their shuttle car. The real reason I am writing this review though it for a repair I got them to do at the collision center (affiliated with Murray Chevrolet). Getting my car in was a smooth process and they got me set up with a rental. But upon the return of my vehicle they left random parts in my vehicle, and messed with my tire pressure monitoring system so that my tires would no longer read the pressure in my tires (despite working with no issue prior to me bringing it it). So I go back to the collision centre, where I am passed back and forth between Chevy and Hyundai's service managers (Kelly and Jeff) for half the day (keeping in mind that I had to take time out of my work day to do this). Only for me to learn that neither party wants to take responsibility for the fault. During this process I was talked down to several times by their staff and managers despite doing my own due diligence before bringing my vehicle in to make sure I didn't do anything to cause the TPMS light to show up. Finally, after speaking with customer service at Hyundai head office, I was able to get a call from Jeff the service manager at Hyundai to bring my vehicle in after I got my winter tires on. It took two voicemails and an email sent to the general inbox for him to call me back to arrange a time to bring my vehicle in with my winter tires on. So I show up to the dealership only to find out he's "in a meeting" for an unknown amount of time at the time I was told to bring my vehicle in. So I again deal with one of the service bay workers who again talks down to me the whole time I am trying to explain the issue at hand - I had to repeat myself several times with this woman either not understanding what I am saying or refusing to help me. She refers me to Kelly at Murry Chevrolet. With the service manager refusing to see me and an unhelpful service bay employee I am stuck in this endless loop. Save yourself a giant headache and avoid this place like the plague if you have work that needs to be done. They will damage your vehicle and no one will take responsibility for it. Would give this place zero stars if I had the option.

Hello, Sara. Happy New Year to you. We appreciate you leaving us your comments. Please know that we do take our customer feedback and experience seriously. That being so, we are disappointed to hear you feel this way and that you are experiencing challenges with your car and the TPMS. We did some investigating and spoke with our Service Manager regarding your situation. After working with you to diagnose the cause, it was shared with you that your summer wheels did not have the TPMS installed. This was ultimately the cause of your TPMS warning. It was then determined that your winter wheels thankfully did in fact have the TPMS installed. Please know that at no time, were you ever charged anything for all of the diagnostics that were performed. If you would like to discuss this further with our Service Manager, Jeff Eusebio, he would be more than happy to chat with you. He can be reached at 204-269-5555.

I had a great experience returning my leased vehicle and re-leasing a new vehicle! I wasn't sure what I would lease next, but Amun was very helpful and showed me the new 2024 Kona. I loved it as soon as I saw it! Scott helped me with the financing side of things and he was very nice and made sure to explain everything thoroughly. Both Amun and Scott made buying a new vehicle really fun and easy for me. Thank you for providing a great experience!

Just brought my car for services check 3, the service was great, did not take much long and they explained everything first so that you understand what they were going to do. Although a little expensive compare to other but they are more trust-able.

Our sales person was very knowledgeable on the vehicle we purchased as well as being exceptional personable. Scott our finance rep was also very friendly in our dealings. We test drove a unit and on pickup day, every detail was explained thoroughly. Our only negative comment would be there wasn't a good clear explanation of the numbers between the yellow sheet starting the buy process and the final purchase(banking) agreement.
