The sales reps are knowledgeable, friendly, and we never once pushy. They will help you find the best car for you. Even if that means, like in my case, waiting a bit. Buying your first car can be daunting but I am so glad that I went to The Car Lot. They made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

I live 4 hours away from the dealership so I purchased my vehicle from the CarLot by picture. I spoke with Phil who answered all my questions about the vehicle and there were a lot. I thought I was going to fly in to pick up the vehicle and the dealership offered to pick me up at the airport to help. There were a couple things that needed to be repaired under warranty and they allowed me to use a repair shop near by house and the payment was worked out. I had a great experience dealing with the CarLot.

Last year I was inquiring about purchasing a used vehicle, I talked to a gentleman whose name is Rob Malo at The Car Lot in Sudbury, Ont. He looked into the financing and gave me a few options but I unfortunately was not able to purchase one at that time. Just last week I had a life changing event happen and I was in desperate need of a vehicle, I called Rob and asked him for help in my situation. He told me he was on it, and within an hour he called me back with a very good option for a vehicle. I went in to The Car Lot early that afternoon and he had me set up and driving out of there by 4:30pm on a Friday. I cannot thank him enough and the staff there (Ryan) for helping me get back on my feet within hours. Thank you so much, I am still in shock that I made a call on a Friday morning and had a vehicle by the end of the day. Best service ever. If you need help to find a great vehicle I would highly recommend Rob Malo from The Car Lot Etc in Sudbury, Ont
