My son and his wife bought a 2016 Dodge Journey on Oct. 6 2022. They financed $26278.00 . Three days after the purchase they returned to The Car Lot with transmission problems. They also paid for an extended warranty. The Car Lot has said that the would replace the transmission with a rebuilt. Needless to say that did not fix the problem, so they said that they would try another one. That still did not fix the problem. So next they say it`s the TCM, so the put a used one in and still no fix. Next they want to put a new TCM in it and again still no fix. I have spoken with Justin the service manager about 15 different times and he has been very helpful but he can only do what upper management will approve. I have spoken with the salesman and with Moe to try and find out how you can sell such an unsafe vehicle. My son has 3 young kids and a wife, the live in Northern Ontario and this is all happening in the worst part of the winter. They have had the vehicle to Northway Chrysler twice, Darren`s Transmission twice and The Car Lot once. I have asked Moe who traded this in and who inspected the vehicle . I have spent 20 years in the automotive industry and before you sell a vehicle you would hope that it went through a thorough inspection. If they did such inspection I would be concerned with that Technician. When looking into the Motor Vehicle Dealer Act section 13a states that the dealer must disclose Engine Transmission and powertrain issues. There was no disclosure, and The Car Lot being the professionals and a member of OMVIC I find this very concerning. We have asked for a substitute of collateral and they said that would not be an option. They tried to sell us a Kia van with more miles on it and no warranty and a higher payment. We have contacted the lender to ask how they can advance this much money on a vehicle that cannot be used for the reason of sale. They just put it off on the dealer. This has created so much stress and pain that has had devastating effects on this young family. As of today the Vehicle is still not fixed.

Went in to look around the vehicles, after carter came out I left with the nicest truck on the lot. Between Carter and Phil the costumer service was great Phil made the process super simple to acquire, and is willing to meet your standards (reasonably). Carter was super helpful when looking at vehicles, he gave you all the details you needed and went over and above.

Bought a 2019 Dodge Ram. Carter was great, answered all my questions, he made sure i felt comfortable with the purchase. I'm very happy with the truck. I highly recommend.
