Haldimand went out of their way to take care of me the customer. Once again I had hassle free, great service. If I was to give a suggestion it would be to communicate more often with the customer about the progress of their vehicle while in the shop especially if waiting for parts or unusual delays. Thank you haldimand for excellence.

I recently picked up my new car from Haldimand. The staff and service was great! I highly recommend taking the trip there to see their huge inventory which is priced great. I dealt with George who was courteous and professional. Haldimand is very low pressure and gives you the chance to browse the cars at your own pace without pressure to buy. If you're looking to buy a new car take a trip to Haldimand!

I purchased a 2011 Hyundai Sonata, and at first, my service with this organization was a little rough, but they have made things right with my new purchase. A few bumps in the road can always be expected when making a large purchase, but as mentioned this company has gone above and beyond to help us out! We were looking to sell our 06 Dakota since Aug,2013 with no luck. We needed a Dodge Grand Caravan to carry our dogs yet have stow and go seats when we wanted to take people instead. We went to Haldimand because of their reputation and selection. They gave us an offer of five grand that would be good for two weeks so we could take our time and make a decision on which van we wanted. No dickering around, unlike a dealer that had suggested we would get a better deal at their shop so we tried going there and got the song and dance $3200 then $4000, then $4500 with repair to the van I wanted and then $5000 over the course of three hours of negotiating. This not the way we want to be treated how would they honor the warranty? So, we went back to Haldimand and found a nice van and no pressure no dickering, straight up honest service from the sales team no commission no tension, anyone will help you with a question you don't need to deal with the same sales person. In the end we have the van we wanted and got a fair price for the Dakota, simple financing, nice people!

After buying my second vehicle at Haldimand Motors, I can honestly say that my third one will also come from them. This is not a "DEALERSHIP" where you try to get the best price possible for a vehicle and then find out that the salesman in the next office sold the exact same model to his clients for much less, just because his customers were better negotiators. No, at Haldimand's the price shown is the selling price; and that is usually the best you'll find anywhere. I know because I always do a full market research before investing in anything of great value. The service is also impeccable. Both of the vehicles I purchased at Haldimand's were serviced to perfection and satisfaction. Integrity and smiles follow through the transaction from start to finish.
