a great place to do business

We arrived very stressed due being in a collision that wrote off our 2 year old car. The staff at Murrays helped us find a new vehicle and feel we were part of the Murray family. No pressure, reassurance they would take care of us and they did.

Explanation of repairs inadequate upon pick up

Upon vehicle pick up, no explanation of services rec'd on vehicle. Flipped through paperwork quickly. Sent to cashier. Not comfortable all services were even required. For $753 you would think I would have received a more detailed explanation as to the what and why. Stars above should be 3 not 4. My error.

I was just at Murray yesterday due to a light that had popped up on my panel - it was diagnosed as a gas cap having been not properly secured the last time i had purchased fuel.

Regular maintenance at 10,000 km, service was done ok. Waiting in showroom for vehicle is a waste of time people are in a hurry not at the deli counter.

Quick oil lube
