The service was respectful and prompt. My car was ready on the day that Ryan had predicted. I am very pleased with the staff especially Ryan as he makes me feel like a valued customer , more like "family" kind and very attentive to my concerns.

The trunk latch was frozen, and Murray Chev dealt with the problem and resolved the problem to our satisfaction. The latch is now unfrozen and working properly.

I have a vibration and rumbling coming from somewhere in the truck. It was heard when I dropped the truck off but they couldn't find what was causing it. It has gotten louder and it is kind of annoying.

I had dropped off my car for service work, while the car was at the dealership someone had backed into/hit the rear of my car leaving white scratches on the trunk and bumper; unfortunately I didn't see the damage until I had brought the car home. I called the dealership right away and Ryan (service advisor) was quick to make that the damage was looked at and addressed right away. I was very pleased with the attention to detail and professionalism.
