Matt is a very pleasant young man to deal with. he was very patient with me no pressure and reassuring he would help me find the right vehicle. my vehicle was one of the crvs pulled off the road . it was quite unexpected and stressful not having a car. almost went Toyota but I found a nice little civic and I get to stay with Palladino honda

Great communication, from the semi annual email reminders to the texting with Service Advisors while vehicle is in the shop to the digital copy of invoice sent electronically for review. And hey, don’t forget the $65 fully synthetic oil and filter.

Departments seemed to be confused with the work that the others were doing. I needed parts ordered. I had trouble getting through on the phone to Honda. Parts didn't get ordered that should have been. It just seemed very confused and not at all efficient and organized.

Jordan showed me to the vehicles i had chosen to look at that day, to replace my crv which may or may not have failed the recall for corrosion. I ended up getting lots of information and put a deposit. Great and painless experience with jordan

I delivered my vehicle at 7:30 am it was finished at 5. From now on I will wait for my car as this gives you priority over cars left for the day. I could have used my vehicle earlier in the day.
