Another excellent visit to this reputable dealership. Had my CRV serviced with winter tires and an alignment. Visit was quick and the staff very courteous. Dan did an amazing job informing me and was friendly and took care of my needs. I’ll recommend this place to anyone.

Our salesperson, Matt did provide us with all the information necessary, just found that we had to talk to someone else for the trade in amount, and then someone else for finance. I guess that's the difference buying from a dealership. The finance person MIcheal, was so busy, was not able to return our calls, I understand when you are busy, its hard to do it all. Should be able to pay a lump sum with the credit card. So far really enjoy my new wheels. Thank you!

Went in for an oil change and told them work was recommended the last time I was on. They checked to see if anything else was needed to be done. I got a text right away with the cost of the extra work and the vehicle was all ready to go when I got there to pick it up. I got a ride i. The parts shuttle shortly after I sat down to wait for a shuttle and got to where I needed to be 30 minutes early. The shuttle driver that picked me up was a little earlier and waited patiently for me to finish up, the same with the other passenger.

Service was good, wait time was reasonable. The only dissapointment was that after the oil change, my digital readout on the dashboard kept reading ''oil 30%''. It had not been reset by the technician and I have not been able to reset it. Not a huge deal just a little dissapointed.

I felt pressured to make a deal or I would lose out on an incentive for loyal customers. Approximately 10 days after receiving my new lease, I received an e-mail with a much better deal regarding interest rate deceases, better buyer/lease incentives , and the same deal for return customers. I feel I was lead to believe that the deal I got would disappear and nothing like it would come up again for a long time...only to see something better come up a short time later. Very disappointed as this is my 6th vehicle I get from the same dealership. I guess loyalty is a one way street.
