Had to take CRV in for B Service. All went well and since I was doing brake service they changed to my Winter wheels at no extra charge as well.

Not pushy at all. We were able to take our time consider our options and Gerry was always smiling. Then she got everything done really quickly for us.

Brantford Honda service review

I have had the pleasure of working with Trevor at Brantford Honda for a number of years and he is always polite, efficient and trustworthy. He goes above the call of duty with helping his customers and I always know that he will provide me with the best service for any of my Honda vehicles. I would not trust my cars to anyone outside of Brantford Honda and Trevor in particular.

3 years and still no snow tires that were promised, what a shocker. Avoid Honda Brantford at all costs, apparently spending over 50,000$ in 2 years isn't enough to provide snow tires that were in the contract and weren't provided.

Well it was time for my husband to retire so in need of a new car. I had always thought we would most likely get a Toyota as we had always heard great things about them. After going there and talking to a salesman I found I knew more than he did from just reading about them online. We took a Rava out for a test drive and was not impressed. Then we went over to the Honda dealer and as soon as we arrived Jody Lombardi came out to introduce himself and to just let us know that he was here if we needed answers but to take our time to look. We both loved that we could take our time with no pressure. We took the CRV out for a test with Jody and found him to be very knowledgeable and if unsure wasting no time finding out the answer. Loved the CRV, the service and the walkabout after our purchase. Pick up was done on time and with lots more time helping me with all the new things. Great service!!! Thanks Jody Lombardi

I took my daughter there to buy her first car, a CRV. She had an idea she'd heard good things about Honda, as had I. Met Sales Rep Jody Lombardi, who was most accommodating on our arrival. Test drove a brand new CRV and we were sold right away. Jody went over all the details, purchase options, etc. and was very detailed. We felt he got us the best possible deal. Financing was a breeze, and delivery of the vehicle was made as planned. Overall, a very satisfying experience.
