We would definitely recommend Haldimand Motors to our friends and family. Their vehicles are competively priced, they have a no hassle sales approach but answered our questions without hesitation. Purchased a vehicle and I received a deal for trading in my fantastic car. The one I Purchased was not fully cleaned from the previous owners popcorn and cat parties in the car and was rushed out when asked about it. I had some issues with the engine light on when I received the vehicle and sales told me that was normal. I called service and asked why this is happening and they brought my car in, did a full work up and found out it was a faulty oil temp. Sensor. After leaving my car with them for 3 days they had it back to me in perfect condition. I am not impressed with the entire situation and would not purchase another vehicle from them..... considering my household purchased 2 vehicles from them in a span of 2 months.

We have heard good things about Haldimand from half a dozen friends over the years, but this is our first time going there. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to wander the lot and check out cars a our leisure. The no haggle pricing and the info on the car's sales tags was more than ample and the sales staff was very helpful when we went inside to buy the car. We bought a Hyundai Santa Fe - which we love - but there were a couple of minor issues with the car which entailed bringing the car back in. The service staff were straight-forward and down to earth about the repairs and we left extremely satisfied. Our other vehicle will need to be replaced in the next year or two and it is highly unlikely that we will be shopping anywhere else. We are extremely satisfied with Haldimand. - G&J K

Buying a new car is a very stressful time! I really appreciated that the staff at Haldimand Motors gave my husband and I the space and time we needed to make this major decision. They did not follow you around or force you to look at a car that you aren't interested in.

We went to the car lot just to look at cars and we ended up trading ours in. Customer service is great. Financing was done quickly and it saved us money as we traded in a car that we also had financing on. Definitely recommend to all our family and friends. We have had bad experiences with your major Burlington competitor and will never go back there. We have purchased 4 vehicles from you now and we will definitely be coming back.
