The people at your service desk are second to none. I have to apologize for not retaining names.....Dan, Kara, Marilyn and someone else (especially this young woman) are extremely valuable to Palladino Honda. Thank you - and I have to add that your shuttle bus men are great as well. Respectful & conscious of passengers' work schedules. I need my vehicle for work throughout the day and unable to do without. Thank you again to your service desk for taking this into consideration!

Had my 2017 Accord into the service department earlier in the week to address a couple of minor maintenance issues. The purpose of this note is to "publicly thank " my Service Adviser - Dan Landry for his superlative service. Friendly, down to earth and most of all effective; he got back to me in a timely manner to let me know the issues were addressed. What I said to him when I picked up my car was "it takes great employees to make a great dealership". If Palladino Honda has earned a reputation as a better than average dealership here in Sudbury it is because of the consistent commitment of employees like Dan to providing a high level of service to their loyal customers.
