Winter tire removal done in a timely manner, satisfied with service visit no issues with vehicle after, although parking for service is difficult in lot sometimes, this time was okay

I know that sometimes the unexpected happens when you bring an auto in for service as was the case for this last visit. Amy the service coordinator handle the situation with curtesy and complete customer care as you would expect from all your service personnel, bravo.
