George was great and excellent service. Needed to wait 15 minutes for opick up but not driver's fault as another client was late from work

Dan was a true professional. I explained what was happening he documented my complaint abd relaied that to the Techs. The problem was diagnosed, Identified and resolved. Great experience, Great Service from Dan and the technicians

Car repairs were done promptly and with preauthorization. The shuttle was convenient and the completion time for the repairs was accurate.

Always accommodating and knowledgeable! My Honda runs great! Preventative maintenance helps prevent big problems! Thanks again for getting me in first thing in the morning. Great coffee too!

Palladino Honda is good place but many other companies offer better services to their costumer. For last service I paid a lot and it was bad.
