Chris Tarini was very good. Responsive to my questions and willing to accommodate. Despite the process taking a little longer then expected they treated me and my friend to lunch while we waited. Highly recommended and I will not hesitate to return for my next vehicle purchase, despite living out of town...

Whirling noise in front end of CRV

My CRV was making a whirling noise from the front end. I was nervous about driving it, not sure what the noise was. I called Palladino and Tamara said that I could bring it in a week, the shop was very busy. But after explaining my situation, Tamara was able to squeeze me in the next day. :) They found the problem, and fixed it. I'm very pleased with them going the extra mile to accommodate me

Had a flat tire, was able to air it up temporarily, drive to Honda Sudbury and have a replacement tire the same day as I took extra coverage in my purchase package.
