It was difficult to book an appointment. My calls were not returned and I had to call 3 times. The service was done efficiency. I was informed of what was going on with my car.

I have owned 6 different Accords since 1985 ....all purchased at Palladino Honda...When you love your car you want to keep it in top condition and the service staff at Palladino's have consistently delivered the attentive service that assures quality ... ...There is always a comprehensive review of all issues raised ...and outcomes reported on ....The client is made aware of costs involved....Staff strive to keep appointment schedules on track....Most of all I appreciate the friendly personal service... Kara is great and she is good to my son...and I like the grandfather who is always ready to help with issues as he did on Tuesday .,I am a senior now but in the past I travelled all over Ontario for work and it was important that I I had a car that I felt was safe..

removed winter tires with summer tires & alignment. The shuttle vehicle was great, to and from my appointment. I was very please with the friendliness of the personal involved. Thank you .
