Everyone at Palladino Honda were very friendly and helpful. James took the time to show me all the features in my new CRV and answered all my questions, and Rob and Chase made going through the paper work a breeze. I was very happy with my older CRV and am loving my new CRV. Thanks everyone.

The van was serviced as requested. One additional items could not be done (LDW camera) & the van was 1 hour late even though it was at the shop for 6 hours.

Staff courteous, work completed ahead of time. Service desk personnel explained work to be done and when questions arose beyond her technical knowledge, brought in the mechanic A good experience for both CRV's serviced that day.

Tire installations and maintenance service

Tires were installed and a maintenance service was performed. I was satisfied with the service I received on March 28. The car was ready at the specified time.

Easy to work with. Staff were friendly. Very accommodating. The only thing I would take points off for is they didn't have the model of vehicle I was looking for and had to go up a model. With that being said, I love my new vehicle.
