Did not care about me or my car.

Service entered the wrong model of my vehicle, and when I went to pick it up after recall was done, the woman at service desk didn't care, or want to correct the error in system. She was aloof and had a poor attitude. Did not take ownership, nor was I made to feel welcome or important.

Greeted in friendly manner, asked me if I needed anything else besides an oil change (tire rotation), and had my vehicle ready within 30 minutes, and make sure they added Nurse rewards to my account. One Happy Customer

Repaired recall issue, fixed some stone guard damage. But most of all I have had a shifting transmission issue from day one that drove me to trash the GMC name, this also seems to have disappeared, why I don't know. But I'm a lot happier
