Well this morning I had my car towed to nurse, they waited 6 hours to check my car knowing that the problem is time sensitive. Got my car back even though they did nothing to fix it and am currently having it towed back 30 minutes later because it won't start again. Maybe on the 6th try they can get a mechanic to do their job?? The service manager refused to pay for the second row and was incredibly rude and ignorant to me on the phone.

Seat Belt Adjustment

The passenger seat belt had to be adjusted.The seat belt kit had to be ordered and I was advised when it came in and had an appointment setup.The repair was completed.

Absolutely love driving my new 2016 Cruze. The sporty design this year is so cool and the siren red colour makes it more spectacular.. I did miss the CD player but discovered my old music that I like on Sirius XM satelite radio especially the station 60's on 6. Cannot say enough about the enjoyment I get driving the car. Barry, I think you were as excited about the car as I was when you demonstrated the options it provided. I definitely use the backup screen. Like the savings on gas when the engine pauses and does not idle. Can't wait to use the heated seats. Thanks , Barry, for making me feel like part of the Nurse family. See you when I'm ready for the next adventure!!!!

We loved the experience Barry was a great sales rep to both myself and husband Robert. He answer any of our questions. We would recommend Barry to anybody looking for the best service. We were very comfortable going through the final stages of signing paper work.we had with Barry Chamberlain. He is a terrific sales rep.
