I had an awesome experience. Gerri was knowledgeable and listened to me. He was amazing with my insurance company too! He answered all my questions and theirs. The car was ready when he said it would be for pick up and he demonstrated everything and helped me set up onstar.

Thanks to Cameron and your technicians for the work done today on my Trax. The recall was dealt with and the oil change completed in a very reasonable amount of time. It was especially great when I went to pick up my keys, and there was no charge!!!

Nurse service was use to be very friendly and customer service first now everything has changed....I have heard it is not our fault.. we did break it. Mary Nurse needs to correct this or other customers like I am will be getting my vehicle repaired at another GM dealership....
