I bought a 2015 Honda Fit in July. First off- I love the car! However when I went to pick up my car I waited an hour and a half past my apt time. At the time I tried to take it all in stride as I was very exciting to be getting my new car. We only spent 10 minutes in the car going over the features because my salesperson was very busy helping other people, likely because he already had my money. Since I love my new car and want to keep it running well I called to book an apt for an oil change. I called Henley's service department and was told that they had no appts for the next several weekends. They didn't try to provide me with any options and more importantly even though I gave them my name and told them when I purchased the car they didn't bother to let me know that I didn't need an oil change for the first year. I wasn't made aware of the maintenance monitor on my car at all. I paid for an oil change elsewhere and decided to call Henley to see when I should book my next oil change because my owner's manual didn't tell me that. This is the experience that pushed me to write this review. I contacted the service department and when the person answered the phone ( the same person I had spoke with before my oil change) she told me about the maintenance monitor and that I should have known that. I advised that it wasn't explained to me. She didn't offer any apologies and was quite short with me. I really am so disappointed in the service I have received. Not at all what I would have expected. In fact I also requested that my air bag be fixed in my CRV because it was part of the recall. They said they would order the parts and call me back. It has been 5 months and noone has called me. I will be going to Welland Honda for my service from now on. In fact I just purchased new snow tires from them and had them installed. This is the first negative review I have ever written and I am not happy to have to write it but at this point it feels necessary. Its not just about selling a car. You need to educate your customer properly especially about something as important as car maintenance. You also need to treat your customers well. I have a fit and a CRV and you could have had a long term customer.

On December 2nd 2015 I went in hopping to be able to buy a used car thinking my credit wasn't good enough. I sat down with Sandra Schincariol and we talked about what I wanted in a car and my price range. She explained the pros and cons of leasing and financing. I never thought I'd ever be able to buy a new car off the lot. Joe Ferguson came over with a bran new 2016 Honda civic EX, so I test drove it and fell inlove! I then went inside and picked out the color I wanted and then a week later I came in at 8:30am to pick up my very first new car. Joe and Sandra were so helpful and amazing, they really did help me get my dream car. Thank you so much!

It was my first time shopping for a vehicle and I was worried about dealing with sales consultants that were either too hard sale or just would not take me seriously. Erin Sammy made it very easy and was very welcoming and definitely went above and beyond in accommodating to my needs and found the perfect vehicle for me. Tom and Martha were also very patient and together as a team - they were able to find me a great deal! Service is great at Henley Honda and I will most certainly recommend this dealership to all my family and friends.

It was meant to be, that I should buy my new car, through Boris Cvijeticanin in St. Catharines. The minute I met him, we instantly clicked. He has a way about him, that shows confidence and knowledge of what car, would be the right one for me. I never felt pressured in my decision. Everything went smoothly and I was able to make the right choice, and have not regretted the purchase. I love my Accord and I loved dealing with Boris. He is the best.

I recently purchased a pre-owned 2013 Civic from Henley Honda and my experience was positive. I knew specifically the car I wanted before going in and found the sales associate, Dan, to be pleasant, positive and enthusiastic to help. I was also impressed with what I could see of the service center. There was nothing particularly over-the-top amazing about my experience but that's not to take away from the dealership because I already knew what I wanted and I'm not one to haggle for deals. Overall I drove away feeling very good about the purchase and positive about the experience. I definitely recommend Henley Honda!
