Tonight I picked up my new Civic! It is everything I thought it would be and more!! Best.Civic.Ever!!! A HUGE thank you to Joe and Martha who not only got me into the car of my dreams, but they did it with such ease and zero stress. I was welcomed into Henley Honda as if I knew them for a long time and not just a few days. They are both very passionate at what they do, and I am very thankful for the hard work they did!! Thanks again Joe, Martha, and Henley Honda for such wonderful service!!

My mom, my boyfriend and myself went in today to pick up my mom's new CR-V. Let me tell you, the experience was amazing. I didn't meet Omar when my mom and Lazlo went to test drive it but I was there when she picked it up. Omar was so awesome, I recommend him highly to anyone looking for a Honda! He made us feel welcomed, he played a joke on us so he's humerus, and just all around a great salesman! Thank you so much Omar and the staff at Henley Honda!! :):)

In no way does this review apply to Honda, it has everything to do with the service I received. Below is a list of everything I was unhappy about dealing with this franchise. Pressure to Finance – The whole time I indicated to my rep that I was paying cash and never wanting financing but over and over the only deal they would give me was if I financed. I felt like a second class customer for not wanting to get a bank loan. It’s sad to see that everything in this world is to set people up to own money for the rest of their lives and this dealership is perpetuating this problem . Lies – Everyone who has ever worked in sales knows that 10% is the smallest discount in the game and my rep looked me right in the eye and told me that 10% was the same discount he personally receives. I know plenty of people that work for dealerships and I know that was a lie. He also said that they put $25 of gas into sold cars but when I picked up my car it was still at the same level of gas as when I test drove. Didn't fix all the paint chips and had to use a touch up stick before I left. I asked if he could get me a touch up stick to take home and he pretended to go look, came back and said that they were all out. I went to the manager 10 minutes later and asked to purchase one. He promptly came back with one and gave it to me(the only nice thing that happen). Car situations – I am happy overall with the car but there are a few things that went wrong. Right when I picked up the car, the oil change percentage was at 60% and tire rotation sensor was on. They reset the system but the tire rotation came back on a few days later and the oil change percentage was blank. I call, they said don’t worry about the tire rotation which seems wrong considering it was just done. And could tell me how to reset the oil change percentage. I figured it out myself. After having in for a month and putting less than 1000 km on in, I've started to notice the alignment is quite right. And there was a crack near the passage seat adjustment. I called about the alignment and they said they would cover a 1 month alignment but give me a deal for $80 and charge me to check it. That’s not even close to a deal. Not going to both bring up the seat because history tells me they don’t care. In conclusion, I didn't expect much from any dealership I went to but this place came even lower than I could’ve imagined. I’m happy with the car, with no thanks to the people that sold it to me.

I just bought my first brand new 2015 Honda Civic LX from Henley Honda! My experience at Henley Honda was better than expected thanks to Boris, my lovely salesman, who took awesome care of me! He took the time and made me feel completely comfortable and at ease during the entire process. Boris did everything he could, working within my budget, to get me my dream car. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Boris and Martha! 100% recommend these guys to anyone looking for a great experience as well as a great car! I love my Honda! THANK YOU

I recently purchased the CRV from Henley Honda. The service and help I received from Joe and Sean was amazing. I never felt pressure to buy and I was given all the information I needed.
