I recently purchased the CRV from Henley Honda. The service and help I received from Joe and Sean was amazing. I never felt pressure to buy and I was given all the information I needed. Every question was answered quickly. Joe Ferguson is an honest salesman who I would recommend to anyone who needed a new vehicle. Thanks Joe and Sean! I love my 2015 CRV!

We bought our first Honda in 2013, a new Ridgeline Touring, from Henley Honda. We returned this Fall and purchased a 2016 Fit. Joe Ferguson was great right from the first visit, even rolling a car out of the showroom so we could test-drive a 6-speed! The whole purchasing process went very smoothly. We have been very pleased with the service department these past 2 years and will continue to bring both of our Honda's to Henley for all of their maintenance. Very happy to be dealing with HH.

I am very happy with not only my new HRV but with the service I received. Joe, Tom, and Sean were all very helpful and are quick to get back to me with any questions I have. I didn't feel that I was just being told things to get a sale but that they were honest and truly believed in the product. This is my first Honda (with 4 wheels) and so far I am very happy with my car.

I just picked up my new 2015 Honda Civic. I had a great experience dealing with Erin Sammy and Martha in Finance. They made a usually stressful time for me, a truly great experience. Erin is very easy to deal with and I would not hesitate to recommend him. Great Car and a Great Sales Person!!

My car buying experience was pleasant, it was my first time on my own and they did a great job. My review is not a reflection of the car purchasing process, but rather the service department. Almost immediately after purchasing my vehicle my tire pressure light came on. I brought it in and they put air in it and said it was nothing. Consistently since then every 2-3 weeks the light has gone on. I brought it in once, they said there was a puncture and had to patch it. I did not argue because although was probably there when I purchased it, fine it is fixed. Like clockwork, 2 weeks later my light comes on again. I bring it in yet again and this time it is a problem with some computer sensor. I wait for two hours while they do a software update on my car. Of course 2 weeks later my light comes on AGAIN. I go to get air put in it, and the girl in the service center was extremely rude. She basically told me it was my fault and I probably somehow got another hole, she made me feel stupid because she "sees it every day". The same tire. The same problem. This would be my third time going in and I would have to pay which after wasting four hours of my time on a problem that was never fixed. Not to mention the rude service in the service center, I could have driven over another nail that releases air at the exact same rate as the old one in the exact same tire, but that is very unlikely and being told it is likely and its all my fault? Save your money, get your car serviced elsewhere.
