Thank you Tom Lim and Joe Ferguson for your hard work and patience to make this deal happen on our 2016 Honda Accord Sport and for our fourth purchase from Henley. You both did a fantastic job! The whole crew there is awesome and friendly from the minute you walk through the door until the time you leave. My wife Melanie is also very impressed with the dealership and how well we are treated by everyone. It's nice not having to play games between the salesperson and the manager. It's not just a sale, it's an experience and you get that because they all love the Honda products and will find a vehicle to suit your particular needs, not how much money they will put in their pockets. It's not your typical high pressure tactic type of dealership that everyone hates to experience. We will be picking up the new car on Nov 3rd. Met Boris at Henley Honda when I was researching for my next vehicle. Among all other dealerships and sales people, Boris shown most dedication, attention to detail and professionalism. It help that he sold the best driving and looking car - the Accord. I can say that because of what Boris showed me in the their Dynamic Test Drive...I think that is what they call it...is the reason I bought Honda Accord. But more importantly, the way Boris and Henley Honda handled the transaction made me choice very easy buying from Boris. Just picked up our new crv from Henley Honda. The salesperson, Boris, was most helpful and eager to sell us a car when we went into the dealership. Today he showed us all the features of the car and was very thorough. We had visited many dealerships in the area and certainly feel we got the best service from Boris.
