Henley Honda

We had a great experience at Henley Honda. Benn was very helpful, the test drives for two different vehicles were long enough to get a good feel for both vehicles, and he walked us through the whole process, including servicing. We went in planning to buy, and it was a very straightforward process. Sean was excellent with the finance side of things, and I am loving my new Civic.

I visited the showroom of Honda not knowing what I would find. Maybe my timing was right as when I met Boris who came out to greet me, I knew that was it. He soon found out I was looking for a compact suv. And he described it in a way I wanted to listen to. No pressure, just knowledge and guidance where needed. No hurry to present the hidden features and working features of my new honda hrv has made this experience a great one. I would highlt recommend talking to Boris before you look for a new honda. Don't know how I haven't left a review here yet... Just came in last Friday to pick up my second Civic from Henley from Joe. Living in Brantford, I still make Henley my first stop for cars because of their level of service and friendly demeanour. Joe knew I was on the lookout for something a little more practical than my 2007 Civic EX sedan, but also wanted to bridge the gap to something more sporty and performance oriented. Enter the 2015 Civic Si. Henley had one left on the lot that was in my colour (white!) and in 4 door. He took the car for something of a virtual test drive for me until I could get there myself to take it for a spin. I was floored. It was the perfect vehicle for me. Joe showed me that a new vehicle was actually cheaper than used due to financing and length of my term. Can't beat that. Full warranty and a brand new car. I never thought I'd be able to afford brand new since we already have another car in the driveway. Sandra handled all my paper work in no time and got me the best deal possible with all the extra options I had wanted (etching, tint, extra insurances). On pickup day, I was late leaving work, and Sandra and Joe both stayed after closing to make sure I picked up my car and was a happy customer. Car was immaculate upon delivery in every detail. I'll be a customer for as long as I'm buying Honda (that's a long time!) Thanks for the ride in the S2000 and the free coffee. It's always appreciated. :p
