Got called down to trade my 13 silverado for a 18 silverado with low km. 3 weeks later I have a loud tapping coming from my engine, turns out lifters and a rod bearing has spun. I only got to drive it roughly 2500km went from a 1-2 day repair to being told no parts could be a week could be a month. So far everything is covered under warranty but making payments on a truck that doesn't even work seems silly. I definitely feel as if I got took for a ride.

Just an all around brutal dealership. Have bought a few other new trucks (not from SMP) since my purchase from SMP in Dec 2022. I had to reduce my rating for SMP after dealing with other dealerships (Cochrane GM & Capital Chevy).

Second time purchasing and the LAST time. Logan has lied to us yet again with our payment dates after clearly communicating we needed them on our payday and not our opposite week. No communication and terrible customer service. Go to Sherwood Chevrolet. This is a terrible dealership.
