Jim as always was terrifically helpful and comfortable, he explained everything in so that I understood everythin, he's wonderful.

As mentioned above Jim has an easy understandable manner about him, I always very happy when he is looking after us, he explains everything and will raven give visuals so that he is sure we understand everything. Always a comfortable and helpful person to deal with.

I was very pleased with the service I received and I will be asking for Lori again when I purchase my new Verano in the near future. She was really polite and helpful. Very patient with us as we are not that good with all the technology. She showed us a few times how to navigate radio, OnStar and even helped with our cell phones to be compatible with the technology in the vehicle. Poor manufacturing

I brought my truck in because I could not drop my spare.Even though this was due to a manufacturing defect,that is well known,I was told I had to pay to fix it.Unfortunately this soured me on gm products.I now own a dodge.

Slightly disappointing.

This was the first time we took our vehicle here for service. I called requiring some front end work, I was given an estimate and an appointment for a week and a half later. I was told all the parts were in stock. I rearranged my work schedule and arrived for the appointment to be told that the estimate I was given was wrong and the parts were not in stock. I was told that the parts would be in and the work could be done the next morning. I rearranged plans to get the car in first thing and after we dropped the car off we were called and told the parts would not be there till the afternoon. The work was done and we picked the car up at the end of the day. Probably won't be going back to this location.
