My baby (my car) had two recalls and I had an extremely difficult time booming in due to my ever changing schedule and child's wellness. I was feeling 'off' due to these recalls and thru their patience I finally booked in and a went well and is well; they r helping with a reimbursement with a past paid for service that is now a recall :)

Lori has just the right business/personal mix. She always makes us feel comfortable without that sometimes pressuring salesperson attitude, always treating us like we are her number one priority. Lori is very knowledgeable of the all the products which we feel makes her so efficient in her position. ......And that's why we are Lori's return customers!!!!!!!

For my first vehicle purchase he made it very easy and efficient. Once I got the truck he went over the operations of the truck and all of its details along with setting up my bluetooth. Great Job!

Purchased a New Vehicle

I took delivery of a brand new Buick Enclave and not only was I impressed with the vehicle but also the dealership. They even went as far as locating the vehicle at another dealership because they did not have the one that I wanted in stock. Overall I was very pleased with my experience.
