Last few weeks have been horrible.

Alana- Any dealings I have with you I have been quite happy and so did my husband before he passed away. To bad the rest of you operation was not like you. The last time I was in because of a recall I showed you the door where it was starting to rust and you said to take it down to the body shop which I did and they took a picture of it and said that they would get back to me. (I am still waiting) Then I got another recall and I phoned to make appointment to have it done when I was not able to drive, and I was told to bring the car in on Tues. May 9, and leave it as I am not able to drive for a week. I took it in last Tues. and was told that no way was I told to do that as the tool that they need was back order and they had no way of knowing when it would be in. Which is fine, but what up set me was no phone call again. When I got home I phone Joe to tell him what was going on and he said he would get in touch with the body shop and let me know. He said that he had a customer and might not be able to get a hold of the manager before he left and he phone me later that night and said that it was to late and he would talk to him and let me know what he found out.(No Call) I really think the next time I want a new vehicle it will be at another dealer.

Oil Change

Seems odd to have to wait a week for an appointment for a simple item such as an oil change?? I was 15 minutes early for the appointment (for R/O write up) then the car sat in the reception area for almost an hour. The actual work took only 10 minutes. The work was fine but the experience was a little frustrating.

Service department and service personel at Lindsay Buick GMC

Scheduling for regular service was a little more aggressive than I am accustom to., but treatment by service department was very good. The level of courtesy shown was appreciated.. Perhaps a little more attention to selecting mechanics that have the most competency and experience with the particular vehicle involved would reduce the possibility of error. Also , a higher level of expertise in the area of assessing likelihood of part failure with respect to degree of wear could perhaps save your customers necessary expense or at least give them more accurate information on which, to make decisions. All in all , I am happy with the people I have been dealing with. Bruce Henderson

seasonal tire change

My winter tires are stored free of charge and the summer tires and wheel covers were put on as requested. My surprise was that the car was rinsed off and clean for the trip home. Pleasant people all the way.
