Heading off from Cornwall to make final offer at another dealership, I checked Auto Trader for final time in hopes to find the exact vehicle I had been searching for. Bingo, there it was at Lindsay Buick GMC but was it still available and did it have my required options. Lindsay was a long way to travel blind so I called ahead. Luck would have it, I was transferred to Lori. Can't say enough about the seamless transition from first contact with her to keys in my hand. Lori patiently delivered on all my demands with a very positive/cheerful attitude and made sure every detail was taken care of. Also a big thank you to Cindy who took care of contract and licence issues. Great team, great experience. Well with the long drive. My lucky day.

I loved the friendly, family-related service provided by the staff in the front-end service department. They have treated me with respect and patience, regardless of my hearing loss and my questions relating the relevant repairs being done to my car.
