It's the after sale that counts and this dealership failed miserably...

Although the original sale went well it has been a circus ever since, we purchased both a truck and a car, everything from not returning phone calls, trying to leave voicemails but they are for people who don't even work there anymore, to vehicles not being ready when promised, repairs not being completed as promised, cleaning of car not done as requested. I will not deal with this dealership again and would strongly advise friends not to.

Poor service and maintenance

Few weeks ago I sent the following concerns to the maintenance team and had appointment and left my car 30 hours in agency "Hunt club branch" and here are the results along with concerns: 1- Harsh sound due to break in the low speed roads. They said that they didn't note anything but in fact the sound still horrible since I collected my car from agency and I really feel shy to say to my riders that's brand new car. 2- The Bluetooth is not working and unable to connect to any device. Solved thanks 3- Incomprehensible vibration sometimes due to acceleration. They said they they didn't note anything and really i feel confuse and afraid about the future of my car because it's specified issue and I'm not technician and hope the car continue working and doesn't stop suddenly or lose the safety. 4- Incomprehensible hard transmission in starting and stop for some trips. They said they they didn't note anything and really i feel confuse and afraid about the future of my car because it's specified issue and I'm not technician and hope the car continue working and doesn't stop suddenly or lose the safety. 5- Harsh sound noticed every time open and close the driver's window. They said that they didn't note anything but in fact the sound still horrible since I collected my car from agency and I really feel shy to say to my riders that's brand new car. My worst buying experience

The experience was good until I picked up the car. Firstly the car wasn't detailed. There was food stuck to the floor and rear seat. The gas tank was almost empty, the floor mats were missing and it took 3 weeks and my calling Dodge Canada to get movement on parts that had never been ordered that were missing from the vehicle. And when I finally got to go in to pick up my mats they were covered in what looked and smelled like vomit and hair. I was offered a detailing for the car but now I worry that it won't get done if I drop off the car. Will never deal with Dilawri again, not will I advise anyone to go there either.

I was promised synthetic oil changes for life With the purchase of my new grand caravan which is why i signed the extra warrenty and when I went in for my first oil change i was informed that i was to only receive regular oil at every 10k km. I was and still am furious as it would have been cheaper to do them myself.
