Great customer service, good price & quick delivery . Good communication. Kept us informed by email, phone and in person. Very accomodating. Delivered vehicle to our door with paperwork to sign, and picked up cheque & trade in. Never had to leave my office.

This is the second Jeep I've purchased from Dilawri. I bought my first one because of a deal listed in a newspaper at the time. I bought my second one because of the customer service and support I received every single time I visited the dealership for the subsequent 3 years. The sales and service departments have always treated me well. Although courtesy and customer service is top notch at this location, the dealership's commitment to my satisfaction through anticipating my needs, offering me perks without having to ask (eg. gratis car rental during servicing), and stepping up to the plate when things didn't go perfectly are the reasons why I bought my second Jeep at Dilawri. I didn't consider any other dealership, and I won't when it comes time to trade in this one. I got a very good price for my trade-in, and a great deal on my second Jeep. Negotiations were fast (as I requested). My time was respected (a MUST in order for me to do business with anyone).

I am beyond pleased with the service at Dilawri Jeep Dodge Chrysler. This is a crazy busy time for me and I am thrilled that the staff has been able to get me into a new vehicle so quickly. I bought my last vehicle from this dealership and while I'm sad to see her go, I'm excited to get into my new Grand Caravan. This has been the easiest, most stress-free car buying experience I've ever had. Mike Thomas actually listened to my "wants" in a vehicle and without putting pressure on me, guided me in the right direction. He returned my phonecalls promptly to answer my follow-up question and he was super friendly and knowledgeable. He should get a raise! LOL Robert Wallace handled the financial aspects and I don't know what he did but he worked some magic and got me a great deal...well under what I was expecting/able to pay. He got me into a brand new vehicle for less than I was expecting to pay for a used one, including taking my old vehicle and the outstanding balance with it. Like I said, he worked some real magic for this single, self-employed mother with a less than stellar credit rating. He should get a raise, too! :) I can't thank the staff enough, Mike and Rob in particular. I think everyone should go to Dilawri. And those of you who may be considered higher risk due to self-employment, or bruised credit, or perhaps lower income...definitely go to Dilawri first. They really can get you into a great vehicle at a fair price. I'm so happy!

I am a fan of low pressure tactics, not in your face. From the salesman to manager to the finance department all went very smooth, knowledgeable,and well versed at getting all aspects of a potential sale across. The salesman was very thorough at his job, start to finish.I am the proud owner of a Dodge Journey, and with good service I will continue with my relationship with Dilawri.

They've done an ok job with warranty work, but oil changes.... they overbook, they take too long, they'll even take your car over to Hyundai (who they also own) to get the oil changed without telling you. I'm a little ticked at them right now.

Terrible. I made an appointment to have an oil change and headlight bulb replacement done. Serviceman said 1 hour (which is long for those simple jobs, but OK). I come back close to 2 hours and they haven't even touched it! Totally inexcusable considering I had an appointment.
