Buyer beware -False advertisement: 30 day exchange policy. I purchased a Jeep Compass 2011 at Dilawri Chrysler, the jeep had only 200 kilometers. I tried to exchange the vehicle, within the first 30 days, for a SUV with an automatic transmission, but when I tried to exchange the vehicle as per their advertised policy " 30 days exchange policy", no exchange was done. I have been at their location "13 times" without a satisfactory resolution to the matter. I paid the deposit on April 01, 2013 and I changed my mind about the vehicle "before signing the contract". I figured to change the vehicle before finalizing the contract and paying the full balance. I was told by Wasfi , a sales person..."well, we cannot exchange a vehicle that you have not purchased yet, so sign here and we will take care of the exchange as soon as possible..." I thought this was a bit awkward but I was assured that that was the procedure. I was told "you have to buy the car, so we can exchange the car." I contacted the dealer manager, Darren, within the first week and I ask again about the exchange, up to this date, they have not exchanged the vehicle, or follow up with me, it has been 45 days (Today is May 22). I will update these situation every - 4 days At this point, I want my traded car back or a similar vehicle to the one I purchased, automatic, same price range.

We recently purchased a 2013 Dodge Ram and couldn't have been happier with the service we received at Dilawri. Shopping for a vehicle is super stressful and we appreciated the honesty and frankness that we received. Dan was super informative about the truck we were buying and he was a pleasure to deal with - very genuine, honest, and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this dealership and will certainly return.

We recently purchased a 2013 Dodge Ram and couldn't have been happier with the service we received at Dilawri. Shopping for a vehicle is super stressful and we appreciated the honesty and frankness that we received. Dan was super informative about the truck we were buying and he was a pleasure to deal with - very genuine, honest, and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this dealership and will certainly return.

I can't say enough good things about this dealership. Before purchasing my 2013 Charger I was seriously considering a Ford Fusion. The experience with a certain Ford dealership in Ottawa was terrible when I decided to not buy the Fusion. The main difference with the experience at this dealership is they treat you incredibly well not matter what your intentions might be. You could be browsing, buying a used car or the most expensive car on the lot and you're going to get the same incredible service. Delivery on my Charger was 2 weeks earlier than anyone thought it would be, the car arrived with zero problems. I opted for extended warranties, but was fully informed as to their strengths and limits so made the choice fully informed. Dan Feldman was my salesman and I highly recommend him to anyone. I do need to give a thank you to Don Turner who helped me understand the warranty issues and put up with my constant emails. I'm especially grateful to Dan Denis who was instrumental in getting me into this car at a price point I could afford and ensuring that my every need was met from start to finish. Top notch service. I've been to many dealers in the Ottawa area and the crew here are without question that best there is.

Our experience now, and in the past has always been excellent. This is our third vehicle purchase at Dilawri - the staff has always been pleasant, and accomodating, and willing to go "the extra mile" with client service. Kudos!
