Barrie took care of my needs with 5 star attention and price. My service was on time as promised. He is an honest service manager. I have had my previous service done by Barrie and purchased a used Jeep in Montreal. I called and booked an appointment for a safety check that I was quite late in getting in for and he handled it without a hiccup. He also advised me to have an emission test done prior to arriving so I could get the registration done the same day as my safety check. I also threw in a 40,000 KM service appointment the previous owner missed, and he just smiled and said no problem, I then asked for an oil-change as well. He then offered me a special they were having that surprised the daylights out of me. I have happily told all my friends about how honest he is and dedicated to making sure that the service was done properly and on time. This is perhaps the most hard working person in the industry. This is the go to guy when you really need to be taken care of.

We bought a car form Mike Thomas in the summer of 2013 and he made it easy and comfortable to do. Staff exceeded my expectations! They provided me with service second to none...Graham was extremely helpful in dealing for the price we wanted to pay and the price we wanted for our trade in. We got both, exceding the minimum we requested for our our trade-in. Our Grand Cherokee was special ordered and arrived sooner than what Graham had originally quoted us by three weeks. He kept us informed of all shipping movements and timings. When the vehicle arrived, the Delawri staff took no time in prepping it for the handover. The manager even threw in winter tires and rims! They mean it when they say "nobody deals like delawri!" I am going to recommend this dealership to EVERYONE! Thank you very much Delawri! It was a sincere pleasure!
