Everybody was very helpful and everything went well. Lisa at the front desk was amazing, helping me with using the kiosk and calling me an Uber to and from the dealership.

It has been my first visit to Jackson Toyota in Barrie, service department is professional and courteous. I am pleased with the thorough care and detail to my cars needs. Will most definitely be a repeat customer there.

Two cars, normally same maintenance every year

I have two Toyota, a 2015 Camry XSE and a 2019 Rav4 Ltd. Every year I change the oil and change the tire. This year I am in another province, because I am in the Canadian Armed Forces, I have been posted in Ontario. I ask peoples where I can have a good service from a Toyota Dealer, they all said Jackson Toyota in Barrie, good. So I used their website for scheduling my services (Oil change and tire rotations). They did my Rav4 perfectly, but for the Camry, just the tires. So I call back, « Ok sorry, come back we will do it express... » yeah I waited two hours just for my first appointment, I don’t think I will do it again just for an oil change that you miss. I remember calling Toyota 2 days prior to make sure that they have everything in their system, and I received a big Yes no problem. I will have to find another one, there is one in Collingwood.

Melissa P from the finance department was very patient and helpful with the lease buyout. Melissa was quick to respond to emails and answered any questions or concerns. Very professional and kind. Definitely will recommend Jacksons Toyota to anyone that is looking to purchase a vehicle.

View ProfileHad an appointment and waited over 2 hours, then was told my Ford Focus would have to be seen at Ford to be evaluated. Still wait8ng for a call from either Ford or Jackson’s Toyota to set up an appointment.

Still waiting for a call from either Jackson’s Toyota or Ford to set up an appointment. Have had the car for 2 weeks and the engine light has come on. Very concerning. Also since I book the car on March 16th, is it covered with a 30 day warranty for used cars?
