I went to Toyota with no intentions of purchasing a vehicle that day. I had been researching many vehicles but hadn't found "the one". On my arrival to Toyota, Ramit introduced himself in a calm welcoming manner. I didn't feel pressured in anyway as he showed me the Tacoma which I was interested in. He was knowledgeable of the vehicle, and I felt he was trustworthy which is important to me when making a large investment. Ramit answered my questions thoroughly and was very easy to deal with. I ended up purchasing a Tacoma that day. Danielle completed the financial aspect of the deal. She was fantastic as well. Made it easy with no stress! I highly recommend Ramit if you are in the market. I left the dealership knowing my vehicle inside out thanks to him. He helped me understand all of its features and made sure I was comfortable in my new vehicle. Honestly, out of the several months of looking for a vehicle and dealing with a number of sales persons at other dealerships, Ramit was the most professional. If you go to Jackson's Toyota, ask for this guy! Thanks Ramit!

One thing as suggestion, when take a vehicle for service, it could clean the vehicle or give a voucher to take on carwash. It is simple and efficient.

first service on my new 2020 RAV4 XLE ODO 5021

I expected a more detailed description of the service performed to be shown on the invoice . I would have liked to see that a oil change had been done and the type/quantity of oil used. Not sure what "differential fluid,and washer fluid" is referring too. I filled the washer fluid to the top when I left home and never use it on my 20min trip.

I simply wanted to change the engine oil, cost me more than $390. They charged me for checking and fixing some issue on rare break (as the advisor said) and they didn’t accept my ultimate extended warranty which covers almost everything including breaks. After charging this big amount they even didn’t wash the car. I will definitely find somewhere else for next service.
