Go for a walk while the service is being done FOUR HOURS LATER he is still waiting for it to be done. Not to mention we had routers installed last year and somehow they're rusted. In a year

My husband went here for a service. They said to go for a walk while it's being done. 4 hours later he's still waiting. We will NEVER support Jackson toyota ever again.

My first service of my new car I used the contactless drop off had no idea what I was doing. There was an associate there at the time and she was so helpful. She made me feel like I was important Saw the associate who sold me my car(Arian) and he came over outside masked and distanced and he was so friendly asking if I was still enjoying the car. And generally cared It was a fantastic experience

Felt very well taken care of, really made me understand the process to ensure I was comfortable. They really went out of their way to make sure I got what I came in for and then some. I'll be coming back for sure to renew my lease. Appreciate everything they did for me and the time they took to make sure I was happy. Highly recommend. 👍

Everybody was very helpful and everything went well. Lisa at the front desk was amazing, helping me with using the kiosk and calling me an Uber to and from the dealership.
