Snow tires installation

Our appt was for 2:30 and the job wasn't completed until after 4p.m.!! Ridiculous 1 hr 30 mins to change over Winter tires to all seasons.

Appointment was booked for 930am didn't go in until 1230 when I called to check in if my car was done. Pickup time of my car was 2pm. Service agent I spoke was very good no complaints about him. If an appointment is booked for a specific time please keep to it and not bump to cue. Thank you.

As usual we drop off our Toyota’s every spring for a service and a top to bottom detail. The detailing guys did a great job once again. Our second Toyota goes in for the same service next week. Look forward to a spotless vehicle. Thanks again guys.

Seasonal tire change was completed in a timely fashion with staff adhering to COVID restrictions. We appreciated being able to wait in the lounge while the service was competed since we only have one vehicle.

Today we purchased a Hihglander XSE from Richmond Hill Toyota. Tired of playing the Jackson games. We had 4 cars from Jackson and the vehicles are great. They never give straight answer about the trade in. OH TELL US WHAT IS GOOD FOR YOU. Richmond Hill gave us the best deal. Too bad we had to drive an hour
