Vehicle was in for routine maintenance. Was told rear brakes required replacement. Only to find out they were still 50% life left and this was noted by the technician. Was also sold a brake fluid flush which was not required. Same thing with EFI service. All snake oil to get more money. In addition to that I was told the vehicle needed an alignment but the technician had just documented that all tires were wearing evenly. Be careful if you don’t know cars. They will take advantage of you.

I have been dealing with Jackson's Toyota for years. Almost always have excellent experience with them. They are really good on letting you know if there are any maintenance concerns. Also what is priority, so if I can not afford extra costs, I know what to be prepared for in the future. My service advisor this last time was Greg. He was kind and patient with my concerns and issues. Bless his heart.

I was updated as to what needed to be done . \Everyone was very helpful. The gentleman at the kiosk assisted me to sign up because I had the service appointment and the detail appointment.. As noted above I was surprised that the detail did not include vacuuming the trunk. Otherwise everything was very well done.Thanks everyone

I sent the car to the shop before 8:45am thought the appointment was 9:30am. I asked the adviser for an update at 11:50am but then was told my car didn't get inside yet. Surprisingly to me, the adviser even told me "we normally book the vehicles for the day ---". My car was there to switch tires which are all on the rims; with such an easy/quick task, I intentionally selected the early appointment time then also had my plan for the pickup and so on, given the fact there is no shuttle bus services at the shop nowadays. ---

My truck was parked in the done row and did not make it in the shop yet. Service rep was left messages and did not hear anything on where my stood in service complete or anything until near end of day.

Ramit was exceptionally helpful and informative without being pushy. He was able to provide useful information and he answered our questions and addressed our concerns in a timely manner without pressure to close the deal. Having previously been the owner of a Toyota I was familiar with the reliability and great service I could expect.
