Bad service

Ever since I started my oil change at Jackson’s Toyota my oil burns out before 16,000 resulting to oil shortage or no oil. Second time it has happened in a row .

Car was serviced for 1st time. Everything went well, however it was kept a long time! Had an appt. for 2:00, did not hear that it was done until after 5:00. Did not expect it to last over 3 hrs. A little disappointed in length of the service, especially considering there was not much to do!

We were able to negotiate a price, I got the vehicle I wanted (perhaps not the colour I wanted, but there weren't any in stock and I did not want to wait). So overall I was happy with my experience at Jackson Toyota.

The dealership was able to help me in a pinch. I was out of town when my brakes needed immediate attention. Dereck was attentive and worked hard at keeping me up-to-date with the repair. I needed all four brakes done and they had me back on the road by the end of the day.

My wife and I had a great experience here. Ramit did a great job showing us the car, and he and the manager brought us the exact deal we asked for with no haggling - I almost couldn’t believe it. Nobody was pushy and they did a great job locating our vehicle and getting us into it promptly. Couldn’t ask for a better purchasing experience.

Aiden was a great salesman to deal with. We have been Jackson's customers for years and have always been happy with the service department as well as the sales department. Aiden did not disappoint and made us happy to have dealt with Jackson's again. Only disappointment was not being informed of the 499 dollar addition for the protection package. We feel this should have been told to us by the finance department.
