Recently went here for the first time. The service department at Finch was fantastic. The service rep (John) and shuttle driver were both very helpful and friendly, and the service guys appeared to do good work. Can't say enough good things about the detailing service I asked for. Incredibly good job, and great value. I'll definitely be coming back. While waiting for my vehicle, I chatted with one of the sales guys who left me with a very good impression as well. At the very least I'll go in and talk with them when I upgrade next time. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars, is my experience with the parts dept. The guy at the counter didn't really seem to know what he was talking about, and was generally unhelpful. Felt like I was bothering him just by being there. Wouldn't go back for parts.

i happened to be in London yesterday & popped in to see if I could get an oil change . They told me to pull it in & were more then happy to do it for me . Excellent customer service !!

This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle (with the help from my elderly grandmother), and I am blown away by the exceptional customer service provided at Finch. Everyone from the finance department to the service centre were incredibly friendly and helpful, but Craig Harwood from sales was truly the person who made this entire experience enjoyable, and easy. His patience and easy going nature was greatly appreciated by myself, and especially by my grandmother. He always made himself available to answer our questions, and he was wonderful at helping me through the process. I would highly recommend Craig, and this dealership to anyone looking to get a new vehicle. Thank you Craig!

He was friendly, honest, and attentive to our wants and needs. There was no pressure to buy, and it was a smooth and enjoyable experience.
