I bought a Kia Optima PHEV (plug in Hybrid) from Thomas at Kia Ville Marie at the end of 2017. I really wanted this car after doing lots of research on my options. I live in Toronto Ontario but this car at the end of 2017 was not available in Ontario. I discovered on car gurus that Ville-Marie had this. I contacted them and they could not have been more helpful. They answered all my questions very quickly. And not only that but Jerry (Manager) contacted MT Ontario to make sure I would get my Electric Vehicle Rebate from the Ontario Government even if I bought in Quebec. I just got my rebate from Ontario last week. I have been driving my car 3 months and have spent 50 dollars on gas and have done 4000kms ! I love this car. Not only was Jerry helpful but Thomas helped me the whole way through, always willing to answer my questions and he was very patient. Diane helped me on the finance side she was also very quick to answer all my finance questions and provided a great warranty. I was nervous buying a car in another province but it worked out great. Love my car so far and had a great sales experience with Thomas and Dianne. Thanks so much
