Mr Oueini, The first 2 times you were here we fixed your problem under warranty with no charge to you. We were in touch with Kia Canada in regards to your last claim , and Kia will not cover your claim because you hit a pothole and damaged your car. Kia 's warranty does not cover pothole damages, and you will need to take this up with your insurance company. We are a service centre for Kia and we follow their guidelines.
