Stan arrived when he said he would, got started. He tidied up when leaving the 1st day and gave instructions to not touch anything and the importance of why. Arrived day 2 to finish up and cleaned up. Left instructions

VEry punctual clean work very neat. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Reno.The 1st guy who came to our home was amazing with all the details of choices and the installer just as good.Very very impressed.

Glen, who did the renovation was very thorough and professional. He worked extra late to finish the reno in just one day. My husband and I are extremely pleased with our new bathroom. We have had many compliments on it and friends asking who did it. Thank you.

Installer (Chandler) gave me a very positive Customer Experience. He showed up on time and worked straight through the day. He took precautions to protect my home. I had some issues, mistakes were made but staff was respectful, listened to my concerns and problems were corrected. I didn’t get the promised one day installation but now that it is finished, I am delighted with my shower.

I wasn't there for the actual install but was so very pleased when I returned and saw the great change to my Mother's bathroom. She is not well but she did enjoy her showers

From our initial inquiry to the completion of the "bathtub removed; walk-in shower installed", we were both completely satisfied with the service we received. Upon our inquiry, a meeting was promptly set-up with a sales consultant. He gave us a very thorough explanation of the process; showed us various options; answered our questions and asked some to make sure our specific needs would be met. We were impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, and sincerity. The installation took place within the estimated time period. The installer was very efficient, thorough and very respectful of us and our home. He graciously answered the few questions that we had as the work was being done. All inquiries with the office were answered promptly and politely. We are now greatly enjoying our new, 'beautiful' walk-in shower. Thank you Bath Fitters!
